Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results.
• Develop connections and engage customers through loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
