OneMain Financial Group is hiring Loan Sales Specialists in the United States (Tullahoma, TN) to help customers access affordable financing. You will engage customers across multiple channels, explain loan terms, and drive branch goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, compliance, and professional development with competitive compensation and incentives. On-site work schedule includes standard weekdays with possible extended hours, including Saturdays.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
