Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by providing easy, empathetic support and meeting branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships through the loan process.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
