Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for Loader roles at our Kailua, HI location. You will assist customers, load merchandise, and support order fulfillment across Pro and Garden Center areas. Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
