Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Honolulu seeks a Loader/Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist with locating and loading merchandise, and support checkout, fulfillment, and order accuracy.

You will stock, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders across Pro and Garden Center areas, operate store equipment safely, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a teamwork-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Support large order fulfillment with accuracy and quality.
• Collect carts and maintain clean, organized, and safe areas in store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards and theft to management.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including spotters and safety devices.
• Loader role: Pro and Garden Center specific responsibilities, loading and customer engagement.
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
• Ensures orders are loaded accurately while maintaining product quality and safety.
