Job summary

R+L Carriers in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Loader Supervisor for the 2nd shift to manage dock and dispatch operations and ensure safe, efficient handling of LTL freight. The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, with paid vacation after 90 days and a rich benefits package.

The candidate should have leadership experience, the ability to lead in a fast-paced setting, and strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of local areas and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling.
• Ensure Safety Compliance.
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed.
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
