Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loader Supervisor at our Talmo, GA Service Center to oversee dock and dispatch operations. This full-time role starts at 5pm with a Monday–Friday schedule, and includes one week of vacation after 90 days of employment.

The ideal candidate will lead driver and freight handler teams, coordinate scheduling, ensure safety compliance, and uphold high standards for freight handling while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have proven basic leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred.
• Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling.
• Ensure timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality freight handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
