Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loader Supervisor for our Sanger, TX Service Center to oversee dock and dispatch operations. This full-time role requires coordinating driver and freight handler schedules and ensuring safety and quality in freight handling. Monday–Friday shifts, with vacation eligibility after 90 days.

The Loader Supervisor will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, needing strong organizational and communicational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational, communication and logistical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations at the Sanger, TX Service Center.
• Coordinate dock operation and driver/freight handler scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality freight handling procedures.
• Timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
