Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Loader role to provide excellent customer service inside a Lowe’s store in Texas. You will assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, support checkout and order fulfillment, and help maintain stock levels and store cleanliness.

This role requires safety-conscious use of store equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to respond to customer needs quickly. Training is provided for specialized tasks in Pro and Garden Center areas.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide assistance and respond to customer questions
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders
• Use store equipment safely to move and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment with accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards or theft
• Operate store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, CCTV, copiers)
• Communicate stock and product information to customers and employees
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures
