Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with Lowe’s policies, procedures and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft and security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
