Job summary

You will work across Pro Desk and Garden Center areas, loading vehicles with care and ensuring orders are ready for pickup while upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include helping customers, processing and staging orders, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and follow Lowe’s safety policies.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and assist with large order fulfillment.
• Assist Pro and Garden Center loading areas and ensure orders are staged for pickup.
