Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking aSeasonal Loader Operator to supply asphalt plant materials and support trucks. Outdoor role with training provided; candidates must be able to work 10–16 hours daily during peak season and commit to safety and reliability.

Starting wage is $20+ per hour with potential overtime; includes competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a large materials company.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment-controlled substance testing.
• Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
• Ensure supply of materials for asphalt plant and crusher.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease and check loader parts for proper function.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and site premises.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment as assigned.
• Communicate with supervisors about material or equipment issues.
• Take action to avoid hazards or obstructions.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
