Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a Nighttime Loader Operator to support a strong safety culture in our OSHA-regulated aggregate environment. You will safely operate heavy equipment, primarily loaders (Loader SIZE 980), and perform routine plant maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

You'll work nights with a team, adhere to safety rules, complete pre-shift inspections, and communicate effectively with nearby operators.

Qualifications

• Experience with Loader SIZE 980.
• Current MSHA Training a plus but not required.
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
• Positive, Team-based attitude
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. on occasion.
• The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty)
• Ability to Operate Heavy Equipment Safely
• Understand and carry out oral & written instructions
• Ability to keep accurate daily record.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and construction materials
• Good Mental concentration and judgement
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Nighttime Loader Operator based out of our Old Bridge, NJ location to support a positive safety culture within an aggregate environment regulated by OSHA compliance and industry standards in our East Region. This role is responsible for daily asphalt operations by safely operating heavy equipment, primarily loaders—as well as performing routine and preventative plant maintenance to ensure continuous, efficient production

Day to Day

Working Conditions and physical environment

While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.

Compensation

$26.52 - $31.83 Per Hour
