Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates in Bound Brook, NJ is seeking a Laborer to support a safety-focused team in an OSHA-regulated environment in the East Region. The role involves shoveling, raking, moving materials, and routine maintenance.

You will operate small equipment such as a skid steers, haul trucks, or water trucks, perform daily inspections, and communicate effectively with plant staff.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
• Welding knowledge preferred
• Positive, Team-based attitude
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Laborer based out of our Bound Brook, NJ Recycle Plant to support a positive safety culture in an aggregate environment that is regulated by OSHA safety standards. in our East Region. This role is responsible for Comply with all industry safety rules, policies, procedures and applicable government regulations.

Day to Day

Working Conditions

While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.

Compensation

$21.05 - $24.68
