Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Loader/Asphalt Equipment Operator & Plant Maintenance team member for our Bound Brook, NJ Asphalt. Saturday availability is required during the production season. This position plays a critical role in daily asphalt operations by safely operating heavy equipment—primarily loaders—as well as performing routine and preventative plant maintenance to ensure continuous, efficient production.
