Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement, ensuring continuous plant flow. You will load trucks, inspect gear, and work with the crew to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to learn and work hard and complete pre-employment screenings.
• You care about safety and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials and keep the plant flowing.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure material availability.
• Work with crew to keep scheduling on track and report any issues.
• Inspect equipment and report needed repairs to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and observe safety rules.
