Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and assist with moving sand, gravel, and cement at our Snyder, TX plant. You’ll work closely with the crew to maintain steady material flow and production schedules, while upholding safety standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment can be trained if not present.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and ability to speak up if issues are present.
• Ability to inspect equipment and perform basic fixes.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement within the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins and conveyors to ensure material flow.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report needed repairs.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized for safety.
• Assist with inventory checks and supply materials as needed.
• Share ideas with leaders to improve operations.
