Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator for our IAA facility to move vehicles using a front-end loader and prep them for auction. Safety is the top priority, with ongoing learning and technology use to improve operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma; forklift or loader experience is a plus. This is outdoor work in all weather with physical demands.

Qualifications

• All candidates must have a valid drivers' license and high school diploma (or equivalent). Physical demands apply and this is not a desk job.
• An upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions; teamwork is crucial.
• Forklift or front-end loader operating experience is a strong fit; automotive/collision repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure loader is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts.
• Document vehicle information and perform light prep for sale (e.g., shrink wrap, steam clean).
• Assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Remain alert to hazards and uphold safety policies while operating equipment.
