Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Positive demeanor and teamwork are essential for customer interactions.
• Forklift/front-end loader experience, automotive/auto repair background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment at the IAA facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure loader safety and functionality.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts and document vehicle information.
• Prepare vehicles for sale (e.g., shrink wrapping, steam cleaning) and assist visitors as needed.
