Job summary

IAA, an RB Global company, seeks a Loader Operator to move vehicles at our Culpeper facility, operating front-end loaders with safety as a priority. You will assist in loading/unloading, maintain equipment, and manage lot inventory.

Prior loader or automotive experience is valued; a valid license and high school diploma are required. This role involves outdoor work in varying weather and strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions; teamwork is crucial.
• Forklift/front-end loader experience (Volvo L90G/L90H) is a strong fit; automotive/collision repair background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure loader safety and functionality.
• Keep accurate lot inventory of vehicles and parts; document vehicle information.
• Assist visitors and guide them to the appropriate staff for help.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report safety violations immediately.
