Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking Loader Operators to support branch operations by moving vehicles with front-end loaders and preparing them for auction.

Safety comes first, and the role offers exposure to new technologies and tools in the auction process. This frontline position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and physical stamina for outdoor work in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
• Strong teamwork and safety attitude are essential for positive customer interactions.
• Forklift/loader experience is a plus, especially with Volvo L90G/L90H.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle hazardous materials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment within the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment in safe condition.
• Maintain accurate lot inventory and record vehicle information.
• Prepare vehicles for sale with light cleaning and wrapping as needed.
• Guide visitors and colleagues and escalate issues to supervisors as required.
• Stay alert to hazards and uphold a safe work environment at all times.
