Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC, a RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Loader Operator to move vehicles and equipment at our Rhode Island facility. You will load/unload trucks, conduct basic maintenance on the loader, and maintain accurate lot inventory for sale preparation.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a safety-first attitude with strong teamwork. Outdoor work, physical demands, and adherence to procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• There are physical demands; this is not a desk job.
• An upbeat demeanor and teamwork are essential for positive customer interactions.
• Forklift/front-end loader experience (Volvo L90G/L90H) and related automotive field experience are preferred.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 20/50/100 lbs and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment within the IAA facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance to ensure loader is safe to operate.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts and prep for sale (shrink wrap, steam cleaning).
• Assist visitors and provide guidance to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
• Remain alert to hazards and maintain a safe work environment while operating heavy equipment.
• Report any policy violations and safety concerns to a supervisor.
