Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Loader Operator to move vehicles and equipment at our Tucson facilities. You will operate a front-end loader, load/unload trucks, perform routine inspections, and help prepare vehicles for sale.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outdoor, physical role with safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment on site.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections to ensure safe loader operation.
• Manage lot inventory and document vehicle information for prep and sale.
• Assist visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
• Maintain a safe work environment by reporting policy violations.
