Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. Company, is seeking a Loader Operator to move and prepare vehicles for auction at our Tulsa facility. You will operate a front-end loader to maneuver vehicles, load/unload trucks, and help maintain inventory while following safety practices.

The role emphasizes a quick, smooth operation, learning new technologies, and staying alert to hazards in a busy yard environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Physical demands; this is not a desk job and requires outdoor work.
• Great fit if you know about cars or have general mechanical knowledge; teamwork is key.
• Loader/forklift experience (Volvo L90G/L90H) is a strong plus; automotive background preferred.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 20–100 lbs and exposure to outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles and equipment using a front-end loader around the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Ensure loader and equipment are functional; perform inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts.
• Document vehicle information and perform light maintenance for sale prep.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them to the right contact.
• Stay alert to hazards and avoid damage to property while operating equipment.
• Report policy violations to a supervisor or manager promptly.
