Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Sales/Yard Loader to safely operate front-end loaders in our Clarkdale, AZ yard. You will load finished products into trucks and railcars, manage stockpile integrity, and represent the company with a strong safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities include coordinating with plant operators, maintaining equipment, and following MSHA regulations. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year preferred, but no prior experience is acceptable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy front-end loaders to move materials to customer vehicles.
• Regulate material flow from conveyors and stockpiles to maximize yard efficiency.
• Maintain stockpile integrity and prevent contamination of products.
• Assist in operating other mobile equipment as needed based on site requirements.
• Complete pre-shift and post-shift inspections and maintain logs.
