Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk material and dump at worksite.
• Perform routine maintenance on loader and keep it clean.
• Maintain communications with supervisors and customers.
• Inspect batch plant and ensure smooth startup operations.
• Daily inspection of belts, gates and rollers for proper function.
• Store and secure tools and equipment after use.
• Inspect water/boiler and air systems daily and follow start/stop procedures.
• Keep plant areas clean and perform weekly housekeeping tasks.
• Grease and check gear belts; inspect bearings monthly.
• Participate in annual oil changes and belt updates.
