Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator in Goodyear, AZ to operate front-mounted loader equipment and transport bulk materials. The role requires attention to safety, routine maintenance, and effective communication with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• 12 months loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and transport bulk materials to and from storage areas.
• Perform Pre-Shift Inspections to ensure smooth startup.
• Maintain site cleanliness and properly store tools and equipment.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and standard procedures in daily operations.
