Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to move bulk materials at our Goodyear, AZ plants. The role involves operating 980M/982M loaders, performing pre-shift checks, and performing basic maintenance while maintaining safety and communication with supervisors.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of loader experience, basic mechanical skills, and a proven safety record. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; regular travel to other plants may be required.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• GED/high school diploma required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk materials between storage and processing areas.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on the loader.
• Maintain communications with supervisors and customers.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
• Support housekeeping and site cleanliness as directed.
