Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Loader Operator in the United States to operate rubber-tired front-end loaders, moving bulk materials between storage and processing areas. You will start engines, load, and dump materials while maintaining safety and daily communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, basic maintenance, and ensuring efficient plant operations. A 12-month loader experience and a High School Diploma are required; bilingual Spanish/English is a

Qualifications

12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
Prior work experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving is preferred.
Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
Proven safety record.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
High school / GED required.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate loader to lift and transport bulk materials between storage and processing areas.
Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on loader and related equipment.
Maintain communication with supervisors and customers serviced.
Ensure site cleanliness and safety during daily operations.
Follow startup/shutdown procedures for plants and equipment.
