Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to operate front-end loaders, move bulk materials, and support site operations. You will perform pre-shift checks, assist with maintenance tasks, and ensure safety procedures are followed in daily duties.

The role requires 12 months of loader experience with 980M/982M machines, basic mechanical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus, with a strong commitment to quality work.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to lift and transport bulk materials.
• Load, unload and move materials to designated areas.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Inspect belts, gates and conveyors as required.
• Support site housekeeping and tool storage.
