Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Loader Operator to help support daily asphalt plant production and material handling.

You will operate a front-end loader, manage stockpiles, and assist with plant operations while upholding strict safety practices. A high school diploma or GED and basic equipment knowledge are preferred, with readiness to work varied shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of related construction experience.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Assist with general plant upkeep and support other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with plant operators, truck drivers, and other crew members to ensure smooth production flow.
