Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver customer service, assist with loading and order fulfillment, and maintain safe, organized store operations. You will interact with customers, support Pro or Garden Center loading areas, and follow Lowe’s safety policies while helping customers complete purchases and loads.

Role includes responding to customer requests, stocking and replenishing merchandise, and using store technology to process transactions and support inquiries.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
