Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify data.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for customers and contractors.
• Use power equipment and store tech safely for loading.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Assist large order fulfillment with accuracy.
• Keep aisles clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and report safety hazards to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed across departments.
• Communicate product information and warranty to customers.
• Follow safety policies, using spotters and safety devices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Loader: support Pro customer relationships from arrival through order completion.
• Proactively engage Pro customers while assisting with loading, staging, and order fulfillment.
• Remain visible and available to support customers in the Pro loading area.
• Respond quickly to customer loading requests and ensure efficient service for large orders.
• Build relationships with repeat Pro customers and enroll them in MyLowe’s Pro Rewards and Pro Credit offerings.
• Ensure Pro Standards are maintained in parking lot and under Pro canopy.
• Complete required power equipment and spotter training for safe loading practices.
• Load customer vehicles with proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs.
• Ensure orders loaded accurately while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Loader: assist Garden Center customers and associate loading needs.
• Remain visible to support Garden Center loading area.
• Complete required power equipment and spotter training for safe loading.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques for order size and weight.
• Support large, high-quality orders with accuracy and safety.
• Partner with Garden Center Supervisor to stage orders for pickup.
