Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader role to support customers by assisting with locating and loading merchandise, while maintaining safety and accuracy in stock and order fulfillment. You will also help customers at checkout and support Pro and Garden Center loading areas as needed.

Responsibilities include loading, staging, and fulfilling orders, operating store equipment safely, and maintaining organized, clean work areas. A focus on customer service and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
