Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring Loader associates to support Pro Desk and Garden Center operations. You will help customers load merchandise, assist with order fulfillment, and maintain safe, organized work areas inside the store and parking lot.

Responsibilities include handling large orders, stocking, and using power equipment safely. Training on equipment and safety is provided, with pay varying by location and opportunities for advancement at Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed and according to role (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV, etc.)
• Communicate stock and product information to customers, providing guidance on projects as needed
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures and complete required training
• Performs additional duties as assigned
