Job summary

JSW Steel Limited in Baytown, TX is seeking a Loader to join our Shipping team. You will locate, stage, and load flat plate products for outgoing orders and collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and sales to support shipping operations.

You will safely load trucks and railcars, verify orders, and follow all safety and operational guidelines in an industrial environment. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, day and night

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for order verification and measurements.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and material handling equipment.
• Must be able to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a rotating (4) 12-hour shift schedule, alternating weekly between day and night shifts.
