• Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in different areas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed work instructions.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Location: Mankato, MN

Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday

What You'll Do as a Assembler:

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed work instructions
• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality standards are met
• Support production activities including assembly, fabrication, and finishing
