Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service in Saint Cloud, MN, is seeking a Load Document Coordinator to ensure load documentation is accurate, complete, and processed on time. This role links operations, customer service, accounting, and drivers to support accurate billing and settlements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, administrative support, or a detail-focused office environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of administrative, billing, and accounting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and audit load documents to keep loads current and accurate.
• Validate documentation for customer billing and driver settlements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to verify information.
• Respond to driver and internal inquiries via phone and email regarding settlements and documentation.
• Apply company policies to support accurate billing and settlement decisions.
