Job summary

PARR is a leading homebuilding supply company in the United States, seeking a Load Builder to assemble accurate loads for drivers, assist with inventory, and support customer service on the sales floor. You will operate forklifts, verify SKUs, and ensure safe, timely deliveries while maintaining yard organization and compliance with safety policies.

The ideal candidate has forklift certification, inventory experience, and a keen eye for detail in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift-certified and experienced in material handling.
• Knowledge of receiving, inventory control principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with dimension lumber, panel products, and other building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and invoices.
• Strong concentration and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build safe and efficient loads by correctly reading pick tickets and invoices.
• Identify materials by SKU to ensure accurate loading.
• Load and off-load trucks with forklifts and by hand.
• Perform inventory adjustments and stock replenishment as needed.
• Ensure paperwork is completed per company policy and maintain yard cleanliness.
