Job summary

PARR is hiring a Load Builder to efficiently assemble materials for delivery, inspect inventory, and stock lumber and building products in our Marysville yard. You will read pick tickets, verify SKUs, and operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather and requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and teamwork with drivers and customer service staff.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift certification and safe material handling practices.
• Knowledge of receiving/inventory control principles and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and invoices.
• Attention to detail in a busy yard environment.
• Experience with loading/unloading and stock placement.

Responsibilities

• Builds safe, efficient loads by reading pick tickets and invoices.
• Reads SKUs to identify materials and build loads correctly.
• Loads/offloads trucks using forklift and manual methods.
• Completes inventory adjustments and stores stock properly.
• Maintains yard cleanliness and screens paperwork for accuracy.
