Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Leave of Absence Team Lead to provide advanced operational support and guidance for LOA programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, PPL, and Military Leave. The role oversees a complex caseload and serves as the escalation point for long-term, high-risk cases.

Daily work involves Workday and TPA systems, collaborating with Payroll, Employee Relations, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure compliant, accurate leave administration and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience focused on LOA, ADA, STD/LTD, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing complex long-term leave cases and acting as escalation resource.
• Strong experience using Workday and Third-Party Administrator platforms (Sedgwick preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a volume of LOA caseload across FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, PPL, and Military Leave.
• Provide escalation support, workflow oversight, and quality assurance for LOA processes.
• Review complex timelines and multiple extensions to ensure compliant leave administration.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for LOA Analysts and LOA Specialist.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Employee Relations, and HRIS to maintain LOA operations.
• Lead LOA process improvements and workflow standardization initiatives.
