Bronson Healthcare seeks a Leave of Absence Team Lead to oversee complex LOA programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, PPL, and Military Leave. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of progressive HR LOA experience, with strong Workday and TPA platform knowledge to drive standardization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with LOA, ADA, STD/LTD or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing complex, long-term leave cases and acting as escalation resource.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday and TPA platforms, Sedgwick preferred.
  • Ability to lead workflows and influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume LOA caseload across FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, PPL, and Military Leave.
  • Provide escalations, workflow oversight, and quality assurance for LOA processes.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Employee Relations, HRIS, and vendors to ensure compliant administration.
  • Lead weekly LOA team discussions, training, and updates on regulatory changes.
  • Perform quality reviews of Workday transactions and payroll coding for accuracy.
