Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent/related work experience.
• 1-2 years of full cycle LOA experience; multistate preferred; Canadian knowledge a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal and State laws related to leaves (disability, parental and family leave) and accommodation process.

Responsibilities

• Case administration of employee leave of absences and accommodation cases.
• Provide information, guidance and direction to employees regarding LOA policies and procedures.
• Process disability claims forms with the disability carrier and provide updates.
