Job summary

Distro is seeking an Internal Human Resources Specialist focused on Leave of Absence and Accommodations in Chandler, AZ. This onsite role manages FMLA, ADA, state leave programs, accommodations, return-to-work processes, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will collaborate with HRIS systems, coordinate complex case management, and communicate effectively with employees and managers to ensure timely, compliant leave administration. SHRM-CP/PHR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years LOA and accommodation administration experience.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave programs.
• Strong knowledge of leave and employment laws.
• HRIS experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and case management abilities.
