Qualifikationen

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in Low Observables or Radar materials.
• Experience with material characterization, testing, prediction, and integration on air vehicles.
• Experience with customer and supplier collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop and characterize materials; support system-level integration across Raytheon product lines.
• Perform material measurements and predict performance using CEM tools.
• Lead material formulation, development, and fabrication process development.
• Support composites operations and material testing (RF, mechanical, physical).
• Prepare engineering documentation and interface with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in program reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute as Materials Lead on Integrated Product Teams.
