Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree with extensive experience in material science and radar materials.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required on day 1.
• Experience with material characterization, testing, and integration on air vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead material and process development and system-level integration for Raytheon product lines.
• Perform material performance predictions and tests for developmental and production systems.
• Conduct constitutive/RF attenuation measurements and use CEM tools for predictions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to incorporate signature control techniques into products.
• Prepare engineering documentation and coordinate customer/supplier interfaces.
