Job summary

RTX Tucson site is seeking a senior Materials Lead to drive material and process development across product lines, focusing on LO/radar materials and signature control. You will perform measurements, data analytics, and modeling to predict performance in RF and mechanical domains.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of experience.
Experience in Low Observables or Radar materials.
Experience with material characterization, testing, or design integration on air vehicle.
Experience with customer and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead material and process development and system integration across Raytheon product lines.
Predict material performance and conduct RF, mechanical, physical testing.
Measure constitutive and RF properties and model with CEM tools.
Work in cross-functional teams to assess system performance and signature control.
Lead/mentor early career engineers and manage tasks as Materials Lead.
