Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in Low Observables or radar materials and testing.
• Experience with customer and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials, characterize properties, and integrate into product lines.
• Perform material measurements and predict performance using CEM tools.
• Lead materials efforts on Integrated Product Teams and mentor junior engineers.
