Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Late-Stage LNP Process Development Scientist to join its global team in Boston, MA. You will support the process development, scale-up, and characterization of LNP drug products, focusing on mixing and tangential flow filtration, with cross-functional collaboration across QA, manufacturing, and analytical groups.

The role requires hands-on bench work, data analysis, and documentation in electronic lab notebooks (Benchling).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant lab experience for bachelor degree or 1–2 years for master's degree.
• Experience bench-scale drug product manufacturing of LNPs with mixing and TFF.
• Experience with nucleic acid process development; T-mixing and TFF preferred.
• Experience with DLS and osmolality monitoring.
• Experience with Benchling and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support process development and characterization of LNP drug products.
• Perform analytics (DLS, UV via Ribogreen, pH, osmolality) for in-process monitoring.
• Organize data, interpret results, and present findings to team.
• Author SOPs, reports, protocols; document experiments in ELN.
• Maintain equipment and order reagents; support operational excellence.
