Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience with B.S. or 1-2 years with M.S.
• Proficiency in LNP manufacturing focusing on TFF processes.
• Experience with DLS and osmolality for in-process monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support routine process development for LNP drug manufacturing.
• Execute analytics including DLS and UV-quantification.
• Write technical documentation and maintain lab equipment.

Skills

Bench-scale drug product manufacturing of LNPs

Mixing and tangential flow filtration (TFF)

Data analysis and troubleshooting

Strong writing and communication skills

Education

B.S. degree in chemical/biomedical engineering, chemistry, or biological sciences

M.S. degree in biological or biochemical sciences

Dynamic light scattering (DLS)
